On CEVAS Therapeutic courses attendees will learn what is necessary to prepare and deliver care farming, including the development of relevant activities and how to ensure quality by adhering to the Green Care Quality Mark.
Our two-day in-person CEVAS Therapeutic course brings together learners at a rural location for a packed schedule to find out about the practicalities involved in developing and delivering care farming. Attendees will learn how to analyse activities that are relevant for different client groups and compare learning and communication styles. The course ensures that learners can devise policies showing how the care farm must be responsible, caring and safe.
Our Online CEVAS Therapeutic courses are great for those that can't commit to a two-day course or who don't want to travel. It brings all the same content as our in-person courses delivered to the comfort of your kitchen table. These live online sessions will bring together a small group of attendees to learn all about the opportunities and the challenges that come from setting up or working within a care farm setting.
CEVAS is managed by LEAF (Linking Environment And Farming) on behalf of the Access to Farms Partnership.
